These terms govern access to and use of Theme Emporium.

ChatGPT app V1

• users can browse the Theme Emporium theme catalog
• users can inspect theme details
• users can generate a structured visual theme preview from a text brief
• the submitted ChatGPT V1 generation path does not save the generated preview as a persistent Theme Emporium theme record
• no payment, purchase, subscription, admin, or user-account mutation tools are part of the submitted V1 tool surface

Broader Theme Emporium service

Features available on Theme Emporium outside the submitted ChatGPT V1 app may include saved customization state or other account-based functionality. Those features are separate from the narrow ChatGPT V1 tool surface.

Generated output

AI-generated themes may vary by prompt and are not guaranteed to be unique. Users are responsible for reviewing generated themes before using them in production interfaces.

Acceptable use

• do not abuse the service or bypass access controls
• do not submit harmful or malicious content
• do not interfere with service security or availability

Payments

Payments are not part of the current ChatGPT/OpenAI submission scope. If paid functionality is introduced later, updated billing terms will be published before launch.
